About Popti Feast
Popati is a traditional get together food party (bbq style) of north konkan. With the fall of temperature, there is presentiment of popati parties everywhere. Popati is made in a clay pot,which resembles tandoor. but food made in popati has the unique taste which lasts on your tongue all the time and the memories of it in your mind. With simple clay pots, bhamburdi (local herb) & carom seed , we roast waal pods (a kind of beans),peas, eggplant, onions, potatoes, eggs, chicken, mutton, fish and all veg delicacy to its heavenly taste and finally serve it with love.

11:00 am : Meet Travel Trikon Team at Roha Railway Station
11:10 am : Travel to campsite through local transportation (tumtum)
11:30 am : Reach campsite and freshen up
12:00 pm : Swim in the river
01:00 pm : Lunch break
02:00 pm : Learn more on agro farming technique through the locals
04:00 pm : Allotment of tents to participants
06:00 pm : Get ready for the chill to set in along with a popti feast on it way
09:00 pm : Dinner time
10:30 pm : Campfire or lights out and we call it a day.
Day 2: Sunday, 10th Feb 2019
07:00 am : Wake up call
07:30 am : Feel free to go for a second round of swim to freshen up the natural way.
08:30 am : Breakfast
09:30 am : Leave for Roha Railway station and the event concludes.
