Payment Policy

Payment Options:
1. Online Payment
We recommend our participants only to make the payment on Travel Trikon website, www.traveltrikon.com
Visit our website, chose the event you want to go, click Join Event. You will be redirected to payment gateway. You can make the payment through Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking.
2. Cash Payment at the Event
We do not recommend the participant to pay in cash at the event. Please check our registration policy for the same.
Registration is only confirmed for the participant who makes the payment.
Please Note:
  • Payment does not automatically ensure entry to the event. Before transferring the amount, kindly confirm with Travel Trikon for the availability of seats.
  • If amount is transferred without consulting, the registration will not be considered. The amount will be refunded by NEFT/cheque at office after 10 days from the date of Event.
  • Registration will not be considered Valid till we receive the email giving all the details mentioned above. After receiving your mail we will send you the confirmation of your Participation for the event by Email which concludes the registration process.
  • Please ensure to inform the Travel Trikon team if are accompanied by children below 10 years of age. In that case, Travel Trikon will charge 50% of the total event amount for treks and 75% in case of tours.
